A product copy block is generally made up of the title, description and price. Instead of printing separate pages for prices and pictures, indicate all the information in just one page. Just remember to be consistent with the content and keep all elements in order.

You should also provide your designer an organized grouping of copy blocks in addition to all the information of each product. Make sure that things are within the right grouping and category. It will take too much time if you will just give your designer a list of all the food you offer and let them sort out the information themselves. Aside from this, tell your designer how much space you want alloted per category. For example, allot the first page for appetizers and the last page for beverages. Have a section exclusively for seafood meals and another for beef dishes. You can also include all the promos that your restaurant offers.

It would also be wiser if you provide pictures instead of having your designer take care of them. It will not save you money but also save you much time. It also gives you control of how you want your catalog to look. Pictures are crucial in catalogs especially for restaurants. It is what people usually look for because they want to see it in their heads. You don't want your potential customers to be expecting something and get disappointed because your products do not match the mental images they have created.
